The Fisher Safety and Security Office sent the following message to the campus the morning of Friday Sept. 21:
“We are expecting significant winds in the Monroe County area today.
“You will see that there are several tents set up about the athletic areas on campus for our upcoming Alumni Weekend activities. Due to expected strong wind conditions we ask that you avoid these tents and do not use them for shelter in any inclement weather conditions that might develop throughout the day today.
“If you should observe anything that appears to be a problem with one of these tents please contact the Safety and Security office as soon as possible.”
