This Sunday, August 18, 2019 during the normal maintenance time, 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM, we will be performing maintenance on our servers.  During this time, you may experience brief intermittent issues accessing some IT services on campus, such as Citadel file shares and printing.

OIT Announcement – Qualtrics Support Change

Title: Qualtrics Support Change

Dear Qualtrics Users,
Qualtrics users seeking support are required to login to the Support Center in order to submit a Support Ticket. This change is a required security update that ensures the privacy of user accounts, including preventing anyone from posing as another user.

Four Steps to create an account using SSO:

    • Click on the Support Center Link
    • Click on “Sign in with SSO”
    • Organization ID = Enter sjfc (lowercase)
    • Log in with your SJFC network credentials
