Title: OIT Announcement – Bomgar Remote Support Tool

 

Description:

The OIT Service Desk has implemented Bomgar, a remote support tool that will enable us to provide a higher level of technical support to the campus community. Using Bomgar, we will be able to remotely diagnose and assist with many issues right from the Service Desk, without having to schedule a visit from a technician.

OIT will be installing the Bomgar client on SJFC computers starting Tuesday, 6/26. This silent install will happen in the background, requiring no down time or interaction on your part.
