Title: Qualtrics Support Change
Dear Qualtrics Users,
Qualtrics users seeking support are required to login to the Support Center in order to submit a Support Ticket. This change is a required security update that ensures the privacy of user accounts, including preventing anyone from posing as another user.
Four Steps to create an account using SSO:
- Click on the Support Center Link
- Click on “Sign in with SSO”
- Organization ID = Enter sjfc (lowercase)
- Log in with your SJFC network credentials

OIT Security Alert – Phishing Attempt Threat Advisory: “Help-Desk-Service”
OIT has received reports of a recent phishing attempt with the email subject “Help-Desk-Service”. A Phishing email is one that attempts to trick you into performing an action (click a link, provide credentials, purchase gift cards etc.) by posing as a legitimate sender. If you have received this email please click on the Phish Alert button in Outlook to report and delete this email.
