Dear Qualtrics Users,
Qualtrics users seeking support are required to login to the Support Center in order to submit a Support Ticket. This change is a required security update that ensures the privacy of user accounts, including preventing anyone from posing as another user.

Four Steps to create an account using SSO:

    • Click on the Support Center Link
    • Click on “Sign in with SSO”
    • Organization ID = Enter sjfc (lowercase)
    • Log in with your SJFC network credentials

Dear Colleagues,
On Sunday, May 19th from 8:00AM – 12:00PM, the Banner Environment, Fish ‘R’ Net, Cognos, iDashboards, and Fisher Analytics will be unavailable. They will be offline to facilitate maintenance being performed in the Data Center. 

A notification will be sent out once all maintenance is complete and all systems are back online.
