Title: Scheduled Maintenance – Sunday May 19th from 8:00AM until 12:00PM – Banner, Fish ‘R’ Net, and Data Warehouse (Cognos, iDashboards, and Fisher Analytics) Unavailable  

Dear Colleagues,
On Sunday, May 19th from 8:00AM – 12:00PM, the Banner Environment, Fish ‘R’ Net, Cognos, iDashboards, and Fisher Analytics will be unavailable. They will be offline to facilitate maintenance being performed in the Data Center. 

A notification will be sent out once all maintenance is complete and all systems are back online.

A Phishing email is one that attempts to trick you into performing an action (click a link, provide credentials, purchase gift cards etc.) by posing as a legitimate sender. If you have received this email please click on the Phish Alert button in Outlook to report and delete this email.

Activity: BDM (Appxtender/Document Imaging) Upgrade

What is happening?

The BDM (Appxtender/Document Imaging) system will be undergoing an upgrade

When is it occurring?

The BDM (Appxtender/Document Imaging) system will be down and unavailable from 5:00 AM on Monday, April 29 through 8:00 PM on Tuesday, April 30  

What systems are affected?

BDM (Appxtender/Document Imaging) only

Banner Application WILL NOT be affected

Impact to Users

Since BDM will be down, users will NOT be able to access BDM and will not be able to perform functions such as view documents in Banner, Scanning documents in Banner, or Indexing in Banner.

On Wednesday, March 20th, from 6:30am until 7:30am, OIT will be performing maintenance to the Ensemble Video server. During this time access to and playback from Ensemble Video, uploading through Ensemble Anthem, and capture through Ensemble Studio will be unavailable on campus.

Dear Colleagues,
In response to the latest increase in phishing emails to our community, OIT has been working to make the process of reporting suspicious emails to the OIT Service Desk easier. 

Today OIT will be deploying a “Phish Alert Button” (PAB) that will be available in your email client.  Please click this button whenever you receive a suspicious or potentially dangerous email. Upon clicking, the email will be deleted from your inbox and forwarded to the OIT Service Desk for immediate analysis.
